Rijnmond Air Services BV (RAS)
Rijnmond Air Services BV (RAS) at present day, employs 35 people and most staff have been working with RAS for more than 10 years. Although a relatively small company, RAS employees have much experience in all aspects of aircraft maintenance and is believed to be one of the oldest maintenance facilities in The Netherlands. Over the past 43 years we have build a good reputation for quality and support both with our long time customers as well as domestic and foreign aviation authorities. The company is part of a large holding enterprise which is active in a variety of businesses.
Today, RAS performs maintenance services for a variety of customers such as private aircraft owners, corporate operators as well as commercial operators including one of the largest commercial business jet operators in the world.
RAS is an EASA, CAA UK, FAA and CAAB Part-145 approved maintenance facility since many years and it has a wide Scope of aircraft and helicopter types on the approvals as well as component maintenance and special capabilities such as structural repairs, avionics modifications, NDT and Pratt & Whitney engine maintenance support as DMF.
Rotterdam-The Hague Airport
The main offices and hangars are located at Rotterdam The Hague airport in The Netherlands and consist of two maintenance bays on each side of our main office. One bay with a footprint of 2.400 m2 is especially outfitted for maintenance and storage of business jets and it can accommodate aircraft up to Gulfstream G650, Bombardier Global XRS/6500 etc. The adjacent hangar of 900m2 is used for propeller aircraft and special duties such as paintwork and major structural repairs.

RAS maintenance
The RAS maintenance department works a daily two-shift system between 07:00 and 23:00 LT and also during weekends a MRT is on standby for AOG support.
The AOG support services of RAS are provided throughout the world, on call and with rapid response time. RAS is well known for its troubleshooting expertise and its efficient support and over the last decades it has gained extensive experience with this type of maintenance support.
