We can serve you with Non Destructive Inspections using most available methods such as Eddy Current, Ultrasonic inspection and Penetrant inspection thanks to the NDT expertise of Level II and Level III specialists.
We serve not only the corporate/private aircraft community but also provide our NDT services to commercial operators and component maintenance facilities worldwide.
RAS is also approved by Textron Aviation as an authorized independent NDI facility for all NDT on Cessna/Citation/Beech aircraft. It allows the company access to all the NDT reference standards and related materials that are required to perform nondestructive testing on all Textron Aviation aircraft.

In our business appearance is everything. Therefore we are happy to be able to provide you with deepcleaning as well as turn around cleaning of your aircraft.
RAS also holds an approval as official Permagard Aviation applicator. Permagard is the leading aviation paint rejuvenation and protection on the market with the aid of advanced ‘reactive polymer’ technology. Permagard offers the most effective and durable aviation paint preservation system available.
Local paint touch-ups are also possible up to areas of a few m2. We normally hold stock of Sherwin Williams Matterhorn white and Snow white as the most commonly used base colours.
We can perform interior work on seats, side-panels, carpets, air stairs, cabinets and other interior parts while these have been removed for maintenance access, structural inspections etc. This will ensure that your interior upgrade is not only done efficient but also very cost effective.

Pratt & Whitney Canada Designated Maintenance Facility
Rijnmond Air Services has been appointed by Pratt & Whitney Canada as one of their first DMF’s in Europe for both PT6A series, PT6E-67XP and PW500 series engines.
For the PT6 series engines RAS provides on-wing HSI as well as shop work like fuel nozzle functional tests. RAS not only performs the HSI’s in Rotterdam but the MRT is available at any location in the world upon customers’ request with the full support of P&WC for both PT6 series as well as the PW500 series engines.
At home base facilities RAS services the PT6A/E and PW500 engines in its engine shop and provides P&WC with PRI (Post Rental Inspections).
